One structured intake, completed once: your brand kit, tool access, and your first month's priorities. Onboarding completes within [X] business days. There is no kickoff workshop and no discovery fee.
Your board is the single source of truth. Add requests in plain language, for example "cut this webinar into 8 clips" or "demo video for the March feature," attach links, and drag to prioritize. No brief templates required. If anything is unclear, we ask on the card.
Work arrives on the board with a comment thread attached. Leave feedback asynchronously, timestamped or annotated. We revise until the work meets the brief. Most deliverables are approved within one or two rounds.
Your queue keeps moving. Pause when the calendar quiets down and resume when it fills up again.
Every request includes revisions until it meets the brief. Two things fall outside scope: changing the fundamental brief mid request, which becomes a new card, and revisions requested after a card has been closed for [X] days. Disputes are rare in practice, because scripts and storyboards are approved before production begins.
Async by default. Updates happen on the board, attached to the work itself, and you receive a weekly summary of what shipped and what is next. There are no mandatory meetings. If a project genuinely needs a call, we suggest one and keep it to twenty minutes. Custom Retainer clients add a standing monthly strategy call.
A request board, a shared asset folder, and your inbox for the weekly summary. Nothing to learn and nothing to license.
